Development Coordinator

Outside Edge Theatre Company, which is the UK’s only theatre company and participatory arts charity focused on addiction, is looking for a Development Coordinator!

This is an exciting opportunity to take your first steps towards a career in fundraising and join a creative and ambitious organisation focused on your development. Working closely with the CEO, Trustees, external fundraising consultants and our expert Development Subcommittee, you’ll receive training, guidance and support to build your fundraising skills and flourish in this newly created role.

As well as supporting Outside Edge’s fundraising activities and income diversification plans, the Development Coordinator will play a key role in cultivating and stewarding donors, supporting trust and foundation fundraising, and helping to deliver effective fundraising communications.

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated candidate who is passionate about Outside Edge’s work, has excellent communication and writing skills, and is keen to develop their career in fundraising.

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
