Workspace Membership Manager

About the Roundhouse:

A lot of people know the Roundhouse for our incredible history, but our future is just as exciting. Our home is a unique heritage building that has a rich history built on counterculture, revolutionary theatre and life-changing music moments. But we’re building on that legacy and independent venue spirit with our new creative centre for young people – Roundhouse Works.

About you

We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same.

You will have a proven track record of managing the operations of a coworking space and be eager to apply your skills to our creative workspace to curate a thriving community. You will have demonstrable people management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage a variety of stakeholder relationships. You will have strong project management and administrative skills, with experience managing CRM systems. You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively to help achieve organisational goals.

The Role

This is an incredibly exciting time as we’ve recently opened Roundhouse Works, a workspace and development programme aimed at creatives aged between 18-30. This role manages the thriving community of creative members at Roundhouse Works.

The Workspace Membership Manager will have oversight of running the workspace operationally and leading a team of coordinators to manage the member experience. In collaboration with the freelance and entrepreneurship team, this role will oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of a coherent and dynamic programme for the members. This role is predominantly 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend working.

The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable DBS or be willing to undertake a DBS check due to the nature of the role.
